I swooped on this frame as a replacement after taking a spill on my Vivalo, and much like the Vivalo it’s spent a solid year in all corners of the house collecting dust before actually starting to piece it together.

My original plans for it differ to the end result. I had planned on building it with all USA made parts keeping true to it’s “American Made” status however given the freedom of having a blank canvas I decided to go with parts I’ve always wanted to own but hadn’t.

A month of late night orders and putting my credit card through it’s pace this is the final product.

Pretty pumped to have track bike again after being off the scene for quite a bit, looking forward to getting stuck into riding this.

Awesome little edit here from Alex, there is a new young crew of riders in the grid city these days, shredding around on some of the most on point #HHSB to ever grace our land of the long white cloud.

Nice work lads can’t wait for the next installment!

Location: Godley Head, Christchurch, New Zealand

Riding: Sam South, George Wietzke, Ed Burry, Alex Bowater

Film/ Edit: Alex Bowater

We took our Script T and decided flip it up a little and add a reflective element to it.

Soon to be available in both black and white versions, both the chest and back logos are reflective.

Perfect for blasting around your city at night!

Keep an eye out for a future drop.

A nice edit with some ultra trick filming for last years RH-100, Ryan does some slick camera work, check out his Vimeo.

The celebrations for our beloved LBS went down a weekend or two back, along with a day of antics and sales came this gem of a shirt (and an ultra limited long sleeve variation) designed by the homie Sam Montgomery of local clothing brand Moreporks

There are a couple left at T Whites Bikes so grab one before they are gone forever!

Black Fox Press is run by Phillip Guthrie in his garage in east Hamilton. He’s a top bloke who welcomed us into his home (well the garage, its where all the good stuff is anyway) where he has a small vintage press set up, he makes letter press works purely for the love of it.

Below is the short run posters for the recent RH-100 if you didn’t pick one up on the day get in contact with him via his page Black Fox Press

Yet again, the H Town crews pulled together and threw down an awesome day, good to catch up with some of the riders from other parts of the country, with even some of Wellingtons Dame Truth possi coming up.

props to this guy from Wonder Horse in Hamilton who was heavy in handing out beers, much appreciated!

Down to the nitty, well as per true CGK stye, we didn’t place overly well, I do tend to blame our team mates for the poor result. In the first teams race we joined forces with the Dame Truth lads… maybe that was our mistake; CGK x DT in 10th place. Thanks Pat, Grant, come on guys!

The solo hundred laps the main event, them Hamilton kids are way too quick! rumored to have been training on this ghetto ass oval for the last year on the manly ratio of 52x14! Auckland’s Bike Gang possi did well and put in the hefty miles in their swish tie dye uniforms, but at the end of the day Danyon Inwood seen below took it out for a humble cycling clique from Hamilton know only as ‘Numerous Bitches’

image

Solo Results:

1st - Danyon Inwood

2nd - Andrew Weatherly

3rd - Simon Binney

Team Results:

1st - Numerous Bitches

2nd - Pavement Panthers

3rd - Fags?? (thats seriously whats on the results table)

Thanks again to all who made the day happen, Lester and The Panthers, The Humfferys family, the lads at Wonder Horse and all who came out and got sun burnt!
