After keeping things under wraps for some time and only dishing out a small teaser last week, Wellington crew Dame Truth have coughed up the goods and produced a couple of snaps of their new team kit.

Razzle Dazzle design and in full flight! Solid work lads.

Few extra pics from their track session last night -  here.

Couple of clicks from this weeks mission out south, another good 50km+ ride with a couple of roadies in the mix. Oh and the Burger Fuel in Manukau sucks, really, ask Jeff.

Are shakes on the go a good idea?

A man by the name of Jay who as been floating around for a little bit in the Auckland bike community came with this week, this is his Colnago… its pretty fricken rad!

So Bad-Rad had a bit of an accident the other night, and had to exchange his arm for a bionic one (screws included).
How bad ass in this x-ray scan though? Too good.
Get well soon homie.

Big Wednesday : Kits & Clips

So last year we did a few Wednesday night rides on a slightly larger scale than normal in training for the 100l Rotorua/Taupo race.

These were well enjoyed by most, so for the first ‘Big Wednesday’ of 2012 Kenny and I decided to change it up a bit and bring in ‘Kits & Clips’ so larger rides with cleats and lycra for that inner roadie in all of us that we don’t like to tell people exists.

We started off small this time with a 50ish KM ride out to Manukau and home via The Airport and Onehunga.

Nice evenings for riding we have at the moment, get out and enjoy them!

First Tank Farm Tuesday of the new year okay weather brought a few people out for a social spin, from what I hear we missed some super shitty weather when we were in Fiji so most of country prop aint been riding much, well aside from the real hard core MF’s!

Mike Zombie brought out his GT, this has to be the one and only in New Zealand, ever, amazing build Mike! Full write up to come?

Kenny has almost got levitating on lock…

Even our dear old friend Jeff (SR) came out for a spin, good to see you on a track bike again buddy!

Snacks on snacks on snacks!

Clay from stuckylife ran into some of our homies Ken white and Mike Davies at the mini drome in Vancouver a few months ago. He recently touched base and we got some stickers out to the flip side of the globe for him. It’s always rad connecting the dots around the world. Check their blog here.

Conrad found a cat.

And then another cat.

But Baxter found a real cat…

As you can see it was an amazingly serious cycling vacation and alot of progress was made!
